Kelly Warburton, M.Ed., BCBA
Kelly is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Category A Behaviour Consultant on the Registered Autism Service Providers (RASP) list, as well as an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) within the Facility of Education.
All Behaviour Consultants are working towards becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). They have a Master's degree (or enrolled and working towards a Master's degree) in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Special Education, or a related discipline. They have 2+ years of experience providing support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities.
Our Behaviour Interventionists provide 1:1 behaviour intervention within the home/ community/ preschool environment, under the supervision of our BCBA and Behaviour Consultant. They provide child-centered, play-based behaviour intervention to families across the Lower Mainland.

Kelly is the Founder and Clinical Director of Wildflowers Behaviour Consulting.
She has worked closely with children and adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities since 2011. Prior to becoming a Behaviour Consultant, Kelly worked as a Special Education Teacher and Resource Teacher in Ontario, Manitoba, and British Columbia.
In 2018, Kelly decided to pursue her passion towards providing behavioural support for children and their family, combining her teaching experience and the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She now works closely with families as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), alongside being an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) within the Facility of Education.
Kelly completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education, with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities, at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She also completed a Concurrent Education degree at Brock University, which included a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.Ph.Ed.). Kelly's background in physical education continues to influence her behaviour consulting values, as she understands the importance and benefits of integrating movement into behavioural support services.
Kelly is fluent in English and has basic competence in American Sign Language (ASL). Kelly has extensive experience working with different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in the home, community, and school-based settings.
Martina, a dedicated Behaviour Consultant, brings a wealth of experience to our team at Wildflowers Behaviour Consulting. With a Master of Arts in Special Education – Applied Behavior Analysis, Martina is currently advancing her expertise through pursuit of BCBA certification. Her professional journey has seen her provide invaluable support to individuals with diverse needs across the Lower Mainland.
Martina's extensive experience spans various settings, including homes, clinics, schools, and the community, where she has empowered children, youth, and adults with a range of diagnoses. Prior to joining us, Martina honed her skills as an Educational Assistant and Behaviour Interventionist, enriching her understanding of behavioural dynamics and intervention strategies.
Beyond her core services, Martina is uniquely positioned to integrate her passion for behaviour analysis with adaptive physical education, particularly in her specialization of teaching swimming to individuals with autism. This holistic approach underscores her commitment to fostering holistic development.

Belle is a committed Behaviour Consultant at Wildflowers Behaviour Consulting, bringing a wealth of experience to her role. She is currently pursuing her BCBA certification and holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis. Belle’s background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Early Education, further enhancing her understanding of child development and behavioural strategies.
With years of hands-on experience working with children and youth aged 2-16 with ASD and ADHD, Belle has successfully provided individualized support in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics, and schools. She specializes in creating and implementing personalized intervention programs that are both effective and empathetic. Her approach focuses on understanding each individual's unique needs and promoting growth through customized strategies.
Passionate about behaviour analysis, Belle integrates her extensive knowledge into a holistic approach, focusing on meaningful development and empowerment for her clients. Her commitment to providing exceptional support makes her an invaluable member of the team at Wildflowers Behaviour Consulting.

Tiffany is a skilled Behaviour Consultant at Wildflowers Behaviour Consulting. She is currently pursuing her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification and holds a Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. With extensive experience supporting individuals aged 2 to 28 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, Tiffany is committed to fostering meaningful growth and independence in those she works with.
Before pursuing her BCBA certification, Tiffany gained invaluable hands-on experience as an Educational Assistant (EA) and Behaviour Interventionist (BI). In these roles, she supported individuals in homes, schools, and clinical settings, equipping her with a well-rounded understanding of diverse learning environments and individualized needs.
Tiffany is passionate about providing trauma-informed, compassionate, and individualized support. She believes in empowering individuals by building self-advocacy skills, fostering independence, and creating inclusive opportunities within their communities. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices while emphasizing collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and meaningful progress.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Tiffany stays up to date with the latest research and advancements in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to provide the highest quality of support. She is committed to making a lasting impact by helping individuals thrive in their everyday lives.
Sukhman is a skilled educator with a passion for fostering growth and
confidence in others. She is an experienced professional specializing in working with
individuals with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and other behavioural challenges. With a strong
background in swim instruction and teaching, she brings patience, adaptability, and creativity
to her role as a Behaviour Interventionist for the AquaBloom program.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus on Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences at The University of British Columbia, Sukhman is also certified in multiple lifesaving and instructional programs. Her certifications include National Lifeguard Pool Certification, Swim Instructor Certification, First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, Bronze Medallion, and Bronze Cross. She has specialized training in airway management, oxygen administration, and advanced water rescue techniques.
Sukhman’s commitment to teaching goes beyond technical skills—whether it’s helping
students build strong foundations in academics or guiding individuals to achieve confidence
in the water, her approach is always focused on empowerment and encouragement.
Additionally, Sukhman is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, develop skills,
and achieve their potential in supportive and engaging environments. Her approach is rooted
in understanding each individual's unique needs and fostering growth through individualized
care and encouragement.

Anjali is a passionate behaviour interventionist in the AquaBloom program. With a solid background in aquatic leadership, swim instruction, and education, she infuses her role with continuous learning, flexibility, and creativity while promoting overall health and well-being.
Anjali has been a certified swim instructor since 2022, teaching swimmers of all ages and skill levels, including individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is known for her wonderful patience, organization, and ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Simon Fraser University with the goal of becoming a child psychologist, Anjali is excited to get to know your child and help them continue building confidence and skills in the water.
She holds multiple lifesaving certifications, including National Lifeguard Pool Certification, Swim Instructor Certification, and First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, and is trained in airway management and oxygen delivery.
Anjali is dedicated to helping students build foundational skills and fostering confidence in the water. Her approach emphasizes empowerment and ongoing support, ensuring that each individual feels valued and capable. By recognizing each person's unique needs, she promotes growth through personalized care and encouragement. Anjali is devoted to facilitating progress and instilling self-assurance in her students, both in and out of the water!
Oliver is an enthusiastic behaviour interventionist in the AquaBloom program, dedicated to helping swimmers of all ages develop confidence and essential water skills. With a strong background in aquatics, customer service, and leadership, he brings patience, energy, and adaptability to every lesson.
Currently a second-year Kinesiology student at Langara College, Oliver combines his academic knowledge with hands-on experience to create engaging and effective swim instruction. As a certified National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor with Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED training, he prioritizes safety while fostering a positive learning environment.
Oliver has experience designing personalized swim lessons, assessing skill levels, and supporting students in achieving their goals. He thrives on building strong client relationships through encouragement and clear communication. Beyond swimming, he is actively involved in leadership roles, including founding the Langara Volleyball Club and serving as a board member of the Langara Kinesiology Club.
Passionate about movement, learning, and community, Oliver is committed to empowering swimmers to feel confident and capable in the water. Whether teaching beginners or refining advanced techniques, he ensures each lesson is fun, supportive, and tailored to individual needs.
